1/ The camp-site is open from march 31 to october 14, 2012.

2/ The hiring is available from 4 p.m. and the departure must be carried out imperatively before 09 a.m..

3/ At his arrival, the tenant will have to present himself to the reception of MOBIL HOMES VACANCES Site 5315.

4/ Different bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets are bat your disposal on the camp-site.

5/ A guarantee is requested from the tenant on arrival ( model comfort 300 euros; model luxe 400 euros).
This guarantee will be returned to the customer the day of the departure after complete checking of the mobil home.
Mobil home Vacances reserves the right to preserve all or part of the guarantee in the event of failure at the respect of hygiene and/or the rented material. If the departure of the tenant must intervene apart from the opening hours of the reception, the mobile home will be controlled later on and the guarantee returned by mail.

6/The maintenance of the mobile home is the tenant responsability throughout his stay. Mobiles homes must be cleaned, and refrigerator must be de-iced before the departure of each tenant, else, the guarantee could be retained. A service of personalized and paying cleaning could be provided on request at Mobil homes Vacances (example: 50 euros for a complete cleaning the day of the departure).

7/Each mobil home contains the table furniture, kitchen, refrigeration, bed and cloths (for the stay). Another possible hiring according to availability: cloth, towel, barbecue with gas and baby bed. Tariffs available on request.

8/ Mobil homes Vavances decline any responsibility concerning the values, effects and personal objects of the tenant.

9/ Each tenant is held to respect the rules of procedure of the sites. The barbecues with coal and all open fires are strictly prohibited. We remind to you that the maximum speed authorized inside the camp-site is strictly limited to 15km/h.

10/ Our friends the pets are accepted for 5 euros per day. Those will have to be constantly supervised by their owner during the stay. Any failure with hygiene (free cleaning kit available to the reception) or with safety, caused by the animal could be sanctioned by the eviction of its owners. An order of the prefect prohibits the presence of any pet on the beach.

11/ The visitor's tax is due in supplement. Tariff: 0,60 euros per day for anybody of more than 13 years.

CANCELLATION

1/ In the event of cancellation, we ask you us to inform quickly in writing, email or fax, confirmed by registered letter with document in proof.

2/ We assure you the refunding of all the sums paid before your arrival, without frankness, when cancellation intervenes for the following serious reasons:

3/ If the cancellation intervene for a not envisaged cause above and provided that it intervenes 60 days or more before the date of arrival, the guarantee will be refunded to you, decreased of a reserve of 45 euros for expenses of cancellation.

4/ If the cancellation intervenes less than 45 days before the date of arrival, no guarantee or expenses will be refunded to you
